EUSA European University Championship 3x3 Basketball 2025 – Accreditation Procedure

Accreditation is a fundamental step of the EUSA European University Championship 3x3 Basketball 2025. It ensures smooth access and efficient logistics for all athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers, and guests.
Below are all relevant details about the accreditation process for this prestigious event.
Accreditation Process
The accreditation will take place in five stages:

Delegation Confirmation:
The Head of Delegation will confirm the team composition upon arrival at the Fisciano Campus. -
Financial Verification:
All payments must be fully completed and confirmed in the system. Only then can accreditation proceed. The Head of Delegation will receive the original invoice immediately upon confirmation. -
Accommodation Allocation:
Based on individual registration forms, rooming lists will be prepared in advance following EUSA guidelines.-
Both male and female athletes will be assigned single or double rooms either in the university residences or in a partnered external facility.

Officials and staff will also be accommodated in single or double rooms in the same facilities.

EUSA Verification & Accreditation Card Issuance:
EUSA officials will perform the final checks and issue accreditation cards. -
Key Collection:
Accommodation keys will be distributed at the dormitory reception. Keys will only be given upon presentation of the accreditation card and rooming list.
Accreditation Card
The Accreditation Card is the only official and valid identification for participants in the EUC 3x3 Basketball 2025. It must be worn and clearly visible to access restricted event areas.
Access to venues will be strictly controlled. Only those with a valid accreditation card for the correct area will be admitted.
Unauthorized access or misuse of accreditation may be reported and handled in accordance with security protocols.
Lost Accreditation Card
In case of loss, participants must go to the Accreditation Center in person with a valid ID (passport or national ID card).
A new accreditation card will be issued on site, and a replacement fee of 50 EUR will be charged by the Organizing Committee.
Why Accreditation Matters
Access Control: Accreditation badges are required for access to venues, dormitories, catering areas, and VIP zones. Only accredited individuals will be permitted, ensuring event security and efficient logistics.
Smooth Event Operations: The accreditation process helps all athletes, officials, referees, volunteers, and guests to perform their roles without delays or complications.
